An  artist that recently retired from a 9 to 5 career and have reconnected with my life-long interest in painting and the arts.  My earliest inspirations came from surrealists like Salvador Dali as well as my experiences as an emerging artist from the new era movement of my high school years growing up in the 70’s.
 
I am presently studying the techniques of Bob Ross, Olga Soby, and Adam Smith as I experiment with combining elements of rational nature with the strange and unexpected. With an avant-garde approach, I enjoy the flexibility that are offered by oil and acrylic paints and am drawn to themes of nature, boundaries, the metaphysical as well as astronomical/astrological arrangements.  
 
Self-taught, I took art classes throughout high school and one class while obtaining my associates at Northern Virginia Community College. Since the Fall of 2023, I have been mentored by Barry Koplowitz.
